To book a free class, simply select from the free trial list below, within the booking link.
Once you have selected your class, we need you to fill in a few details so we can forward you a medical form. All medical forms can be filled in online and need to be completed before participation in any sessions.

At Wath Health and Fitness Hub our only mission is to help you reach your health and fitness goals as quick as possible. We are a class based only gym as we believe that you will achieve your goals quicker if you are led through each session by one of our expert instructors.
Unlike other gyms, our instructors have studied for many years, learning their trade and putting their knowledge into practice. Please click on the Meet the Team page for more details on the staff.
We run bootcamps at 6.30am, 9.30am, 6pm and 7pm, made up of either strength / hypertrophy training and fitness classes including boxing for fitness and HIIT circuit sessions.
Darren, our lead instructor has a MSc in Strength and Conditioning and over 8 years teaching experience in Higher Education Sport Science. Darren has also worked in professional football as a Lead Sport Scientist. On top of this, over the last 15 year period Darren has also worked as a Personal Trainer, specialising with clients with health conditions, helping them improve their quality of life. Darren opened Wath Health and Fitness Hub in 2019 as a way to share his knowledge with others, understanding that not everyone can afford Personal Training sessions. Our sessions are totally different to any other gym you would have attended, Darren shares his knowledge and teaches you to understand the benefits of exercise and a healthy living. It is a simple strategy really, the more Darren teaches you the more he feels you will appreciate the gym environment, which means you will want to stay for longer.
All are welcome, no matter if you are new to exercise, or just want to clarify some training techniques, to the fittest person on the planet. We can design sessions that will challenge everyone equally. Dependent on your goals and fitness levels we will make recommendations for you, personalising the gym experience to allow you to gain the best results.
Nutrition and Weight Management
Many of our clients join wanting to lose weight and gain control of their diets. We provide a free service to all members that helps educate them on nutrition and food choices. Our aim is that we can teach you methods to gain control of your diet once and for all. We recommend a free simple nutrition app to help you keep a diary on your daily food. Research has shown keeping records of what you eat teaches you to gain a better control of your diet. This in line with following a calorie controlled diet will get your body back on track.
There is no simple quick fix, we will guide you to a healthy eating pathway that will transform your relationship with food over time.
We provide each client with the option to have weekly weigh ins and monthly body fat tests to check you are progressing towards your goal. We also run a private social media group for members to motivate each other and share in their successes. This is a great addition as you can chat with staff and other members to gain ideas on meals or ask advice.
COVID - 19 Update
We have done a risk assessment to try and eliminate the spread of germs.
On entering the gym we ask you to scan the QR code for the NHS Covid Track and Trace. We also require all members to book into each class so we have information on file in case we have any issues.
Hand sanitiser is available outside the gym, reception, gym floor and in the toilets.
Staff clean down before each class and we provide cleaning spray bottles and cloths to each member. We ask everyone to spray before and after using equipment.
We ensure that we design our classes following the 2 meter rule at all times.
